Warranty and Returns

Artisans Galleria will not assume any responsibility for incorrect information entered on your order form. We cannot warranty any item based on color and size. Actual colors may vary due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Mentioned sizes are approximate and are for illustration purposes only. As built may differ slightly.
If you received free or discounted shipping on an order for which you are returning an item, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund you received.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Following conditions are applied for accepting returns. 

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
3. Please do not send your purchase back to us without our notice. 
4. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. 
5. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

If you choose to return the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department by calling on (0092 334 704 1120) and by sending an e-mail to ( Kindly clearly mention that why would you like to return your order.

Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our AG Online warehouse. If AG quality team found that the articles were used, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or phone call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.


  1. Cash on delivery orders: Refund will be in the form of bank transfer.
  2. Online paid: Price of the bought product will be reversed on your card.

  2. For orders paid using credit/debit card or EasyPaisa, refund will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 20 working days for online refund to reflect on your statement.
  3. Any shipping, handling costs or taxes are non-refundable.

Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange or refunds, unless you have received damaged goods.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be eligible for refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call us at +92 334 7041120.


If your order arrives damaged contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order. Keep all original materials and delivery box as it. We will send you another piece or refund your money whichever you prefer. Please keep in mind blue pottery is handmade and broken item, it may chance of breakage or damage but you have our guarantee that you will be shipped the best possible quality products and packing. These all terms and conditions are applied to all Artisans Galleria products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Artisans Galleria offers exchanges, returns, and refund under the following conditions: 
• The product is returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date. 
• The product must be in its original condition 
• Tags must be intact with the items 
• Exchanges are available only on in-stock items 
• Exchanges and returns only available for domestic orders 
• The time required officially for replacement and exchanges are 25 business days. 
• Money must be transferred to your account within 10 business days from the date of receiving returns 
• In case of any inconvenience from us we ‘ll bear all the delivery charges on exchanges but if it is not our fault then all delivery charges will be bear by the client itself. Please note we offer free delivery all over the Pakistan this condition shall apply to exceptional cases.
