We deal all the orders with standardized packing and do extra care to make sure safe and secure delivery. Our packing material includes secure and sturdy boxes, Thermocol (Polystyrene), Cushion Foam or Bubble Wrapping Sheets, Cardboards, Air Cushions and Fragile Stickering. But if and in any case, your delivery reaches broken due to negligence or mishandling of courier staff, we will take full responsibility of damages and guarantee you to deliver a free replacement or full refund of broken or damaged items within the mentioned period.

To claim replacement or refund, you must contact our customer care team within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Any damage reported after 48 hours of receiving the order will not be accepted, no credit and no replacement will be served.

We take full responsibility of broken items and make sure a safe delivery only for your mentioned delivery address. If you want to deliver your package abroad or any other place you must check all the items reach safe at your delivery address before moving it forward.

Breakage/Damaged Order Claims

Please note that you are required to submit your request with detailed pictures of the damaged product(s), Inner and outer of the box(es) at support@artisansgalleria.com or through phone call / whatsapp activated number at +92 334 704 1120 within 48 hours of the order receiving date.
Our representative will contact you for the confirmation and may require video clips of the order box, broken pieces and relating material. You will be served a replacement immediately in most of the cases, time period can be vary 20 days to 45 days for in-stock items and for out of stock items respectively.

*Any damage reported after 48 hours of receiving, will not be processed for replacement or refund in any case.
